1. Who we are

This site and the Truck Driving 101 manual ("the Service") are operated by Extended Living ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Extended Living.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the website, purchasing the manual, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The product

The Service is a digital safety manual and accompanying audio/video content for new and aspiring commercial truck drivers. The content is provided for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for formal CDL training, professional instruction, or applicable laws and regulations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
• Send spam or distribute malware;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Extended Living or any third party;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the Service, or scrape or copy content in bulk;
• Resell, redistribute, or share your access to the manual with others;
• Post or transmit harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that promotes or incites violence;
• Upload, share, or solicit sexually explicit material or any content that exploits or endangers minors;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks — including denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or circumventing rate limits or other technical restrictions;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• Use the Service in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or trade laws;
• Collect, harvest, or store personal data about other users without their consent.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the Service — including text, illustrations, audio, video, branding, and underlying software — is owned by Extended Living or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the manual for your personal, non-commercial use.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, updates, or matters outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect access.

7. Payments and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms in addition to our Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when changes were last made. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
